Prices in USD. Payment is handled by Razorpay — Indian and international cards accepted; your access key is emailed to the address you pay with. Buying again with the same email adds to your balance; a different email starts a separate account. Every plan is one PC seat — the key claims the first PC it is used on. A typical task takes around four minutes to record. On the Starter plan, 80 minutes split into 4-minute recordings is 20 SOPs — the two limits line up.
Shorter or longer, it still works
Record short tasks and you reach the SOP count first. Record long ones and you reach the minutes first. A minute is time spent recording; paused time is free.
One task per recording
Short, focused recordings produce noticeably better SOPs — every step keeps its screenshots — and they stretch a plan further. The agent shows both bars filling as you record and stops at the limit.

- Why isn't it unlimited?
- Every recording is processed by AI three times — once to read each screen, once to write the SOP, once to check it didn't make anything up. That costs us real money per SOP, so you pay for what you use instead of a flat fee priced for the heaviest user.
- Do plans expire?
- No. A plan is a prepaid bundle of minutes and SOPs with no end date. Buying again — any plan, bigger or smaller — adds its SOPs and minutes to what you have left; your key stays the same. Pay with the same email address you used the first time, or the payment opens a second account with its own key.
- Can I use one plan on two PCs?
- Every plan is one PC seat. To move to another machine, use Resend my key — the previous key stops working and the new one claims the next PC you paste it into. The review console needs no seat: open it from any browser with the same key.
- Is the SOP final?
- It's a strong first draft with screenshots, in order, and every step cited back to the recording. You still review it — but you're editing instead of starting from a blank page.
- When is the service available?
- During the pilot the Citestep server is online 9 am–5 pm IST. Outside those hours the agent says it can't reach the server and nothing is lost — try again when it's back. Buying works at any hour; a purchase made overnight is set up when the server comes back.
- Can I get a refund?
- No — every purchase is final, including an unused plan or a duplicate payment (a second payment with the same email adds to your balance). Check the plan and the email address before you pay. A recording that fails isn't charged against your plan. Your statutory consumer rights aren't affected; the refund policy has the full text.
